1) Pay as you enter, any amount $20-$40
plus one-time intake fee of $10 at your first visit

2) Find your envelope on the table and put your money into it.

3) Put payment into box (slot in left side of lid)
If you pay electronically: put your envelope into the box.
If you have a punchcard: punch it and put it into the box.
